Anette’s great passion is to develop an individual's strengths and talents to create greater business results and more meaningful working lives.
Anette's strengths lie in her relational skills combined with the ability to combine theory and practice in a down-to-earth way. Anette brings solid experience from several international organisations, where a global mindset is key to business success.
Anette works as external consultant within talent development and motivation. At STRATEGOS, she is responsible for HR and talent development.
Anette has a masters degree in Business Psychology from Copenhagen Business School. In addition, Anette is certified systemic coach, as well as she is certified in the tools TT38 (talent test) and, HBDI (Whole Brain).
