Stokke

Leading change the Stokke way

Stokke had recently launched a new strategy. To keep momentum within the organisation, Stokke wanted to prepare their leaders in dealing with all the changes the new strategy would bring about.

Strategos helped Stokke develop a 4-step process for leading change that reflects Stokke’s core values, beliefs, and leadership tools. Leaders at Stokke were trained in this new approach which will play an important role in accelerating future value creation.

The challenge

Stokke had recently launched a new strategy to become more competitive. To capture the full value of this strategy, Stokke decided to train its leaders in how to lead changes not only in an effective way, but in a way that reflected the uniqueness of Stokke as a company.

The approach

A 4-step process for how to lead change the Stokke way was developed with a bespoke toolbox which included familiar tools and techniques to enhance the execution of Stokke’s new strategy. Based on that, Stokke leaders participated in virtual training combined with individual feedback.

The result

Stokke now has a structured approach for leading change that incorporates each leader’s specific leadership style and personal profile. The 4-step process for leading change reflects Stokke’s core values and has proven to be important in advancing Stokke as a united organisation.

“Realising our new strategy will help us advance and grow as a company. Strategos helped us develop a simple and powerful 4-step process for how to lead change the Stokke way. In a virtual training programme, this process was applied to more than 50 concrete change initiatives that will enhance the implementation of our new strategy and add significant business value to Stokke.”
