A company culture that boosts results

The Danish branch of Clear Channel was under intense competition and at the same time had great ambitions. Following the launch of a new organisational structure, an “us” culture was developed in Clear Channel Denmark, which as the only team in Scandinavia achieved its strategic sales target in 2019.

 

The challenge

As a result of fierce competition in the market, the individual employee felt pressure on sales targets. At the same time, Clear Channel Denmark wanted to maintain and strengthen the ability to work as a team.

The approach

The task was to develop an “us” mindset. Self-awareness was enhanced through the Insights personal profile, and the understanding of each other's needs in terms of communication and motivation and daily collaboration was significantly improved.

The result

In a self-driving "us" culture, the team takes joint responsibility for realising its goals. Personal development is in focus on a daily basis, important talents are retained, and the "us" mindset is deeply implemented into the company culture.
