Accelerating the strategic transformation at Willis Towers Watson has given the company new opportunities to reach a wider demographic and whilst still maintaining its in depth work with the individual customer. Through training and a tailor-made package, bespoke for their business model, change facilitators were able to drive the transformation forward towards increased growth and earnings.
The challenge
Future growth and earnings at Willis Towers Watson were under pressure and therefore a transformation of the business was necessary. However, a number of strategic execution barriers within the organisation hampered the speed and expediency of the transformation.
The approach
The momentum of the transformation had to be accelerated and made more dynamic. STRATEGOS identified seven main strategic barriers and trained a 'Change Facilitators' group to drive the transformation forward using a bespoke toolbox.
